Conservatively refurbished, along its original lines, retrieving its original materials, the building features large living spaces, surrounded by a large garden.

A place pervaded by many different spirits: the exquisitely reinterpreted local cuisine, the wine list offering a meticulous selection of regional productions, the harmony of nature’s embrace.

Cuisine

Chef Massimiliano Aresi’s cuisine is born from a respect for local roots, transformed by ongoing technical expertise. While keeping the memory of the land alive, the Chef embraces the seasons by strictly selecting excellent local ingredients. The outcome is a sustainable kitchen that preserves traditional flavors while elevating their textures and aromas.
